  • Upfront Payment: All services must be paid in full upon ordering, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Financial Responsibility: Clients are personally responsible for fulfilling payment obligations prior to the commencement of services.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility

  • Technical Consultations: If you are unsatisfied with a technical consultation, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the session.

3.2 Service Cancellations

  • Renewal Cancellation: You may cancel service renewals by providing written notice at least 30 days prior to the end of the current term.
  • Early Cancellations: Early termination of annual contracts will be reviewed by our legal department and may incur penalties.
  • Non-Payment: If payment is overdue for more than 60 days, services will be considered canceled, and early cancellation policies will apply.

4. Legal Disclaimer and Liability

  • Non-Refundable Services: All service packages are non-refundable once delivered or initiated. Only future renewals may be canceled.
  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida.
  • Accuracy of Information: Clients are responsible for the accuracy of any information submitted and for keeping MSA updated with their current contact details.

5. Online Cancellation Rights

In compliance with U.S. and German consumer protection laws, clients have the right to cancel recurring subscriptions easily and transparently.

  • Other Services: Additional services such as in-person consulting, event planning, lodging arrangements, vehicle rental, and third-party services are available upon request and priced individually.
